Arroz con Morcillas

Ingredients
1 cup of fresh sofrito (garlic, chile peppers, cilantro, green and red pepper)
1 cup of oil with achiote
1/2 packet of cooking ham cut in small pieces
4 pounds of blood sausage (morcillas)
3 cups of beef broth
2 small chicken cubes
2 cups of rice
Saute blood sausage, ham and achiote in oil. Mix in sofrito and chicken cubes. Let it cook. Pour in the beef broth and let it boil. When it begins to boil, add the rice, lower the temperature to medium, and leave it uncovered so it dries up. Once dried, stir it and cover it up till it’s fully cooked.
